Chicken cooked with green curry paste, aubergines & bamboo shoots with coconut milk, pepper and basil

PLA SAM ROT

Deep-fried sea bass with red curry paste and coconut milk, sweet basil leaves and free & red pepper.

PAD KEE MAO PAK (V)

Spicy stir fried noodles with basil, bamboo shoots, chilli, mixed vegetables and bean curd.

MASSAMAN CURRY

Lamb or chicken cooked with massaman curry paste, onions, potatoes & peanuts.

PANANG CURRY

Beef, lamb or chicken cooked cooked in a coconut milk panang sauce.
